Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily office operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the team.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Assist with onboarding processes.
- Uphold company policies and standards.
- Handle visitor and caller inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
- Proven 3-5 years' experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and G Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A relevant certification in Hospitality, Human Relations, or a related field is an advantage.
