Job Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to provide top-notch support to our team. Your primary duties will include maintaining and organizing office files and documents, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating appointments and meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with colleagues and external parties.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Education Requirements
- A minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent qualification.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Additional Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
