At Avantgarde Logistics & Multi Services Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Job DescriptionThe primary duties of this role include maintaining and organizing office files and documents, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Key responsibilities of the position include providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, assisting in preparing reports and presentations, handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A certificate in OND is required, while proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent typing and data entry skills.
