Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to promote and sell dental products in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for dental products in the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals, practices, and institutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking within the dental industry.
- Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and features of the products.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback, market insights, and customer needs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Proposals: Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to customers.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and competitive activities to management.
- Industry Representation: Represent Smile360 Dental Specialist at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of dental products.
- Performance History: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for sales.
