Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role is a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, handling confidential information, and planning travel arrangements.
  2. Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  4. Coordinate with service providers and contractors when necessary.
  5. Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, event planning, and managing household schedules.
  6. Act as a trusted point of contact for both personal and professional matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (optional).
  • Knowledge of specific tools, languages, or industries relevant to the employer.
  • Experience managing household staff or coordinating personal projects.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
