About the Role
We are seeking a talented Online Sales Specialist to join our team at Betfigo. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers through various channels (WhatsApp, calls, social media chats) and convincing them to register, deposit, and use our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage potential customers via WhatsApp, calls, and social media chats.
  • Explain the benefits of our platform and guide users through registration & deposit.
  • Answer customer inquiries, clear doubts, and handle objections professionally.
  • Track and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone at all times.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion targets.

Ideal Candidate:
You will be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken English + Pidgin is a plus).
  • Persuasive and sales-driven mindset with confidence in handling objections.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media chats for business.
  • Interest in sports betting, casino, or fintech is an advantage.
