Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Ascentech Services Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and providing regular sales reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for power products.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration and increase sales.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive sales growth and business development.
• Provide regular sales reports to management, including analysis of sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the sales of Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels, with a strong understanding of power products and the power market.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of power products, including Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels, to provide expert advice and support to customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
