Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Ascentech Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our power products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance our market presence.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, including analysis of sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the sales of Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels, with a strong understanding of power products and the power market.
Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of power products, including inverters, solar inverter batteries, and solar panels.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
