At Fort Knox Outsourcing, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary of 780k fixed, with the opportunity to earn an additional 420k bonus per year.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's Degree (or related field) with 2-5 years relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and online platforms
  • Schedule property viewings with potential clients
  • Provide comprehensive information about properties to prospective buyers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve high sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or related field)
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
