Job Summary:

Administrative Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth running of office facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office utilities, particularly power and water.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage company vehicles.
  • Liaise with vendors, building management, security personnel, and other service providers.
  • Manage administrative assistant, driver, dispatch rider, and security guards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
