The Sales Consultant (Team Lead) will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to take on a leadership role.
Main Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales services.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Essential Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment with relevant years of experience in leadership.
- A Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
