Senior Commercial Growth Manager

The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage activities related to identifying, pursuing, and capturing commercial sales opportunities. This involves identifying potential leads, managing the CRM process, working with leadership to coordinate and respond to RFPs, and partnering with marketing to prepare messaging and collateral information for client distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and close deals
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Have in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions
- Negotiate with stakeholders
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally
- Report on successes and areas needing improvement
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
- Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes
This role requires a strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
