Job Description:

Nespak Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our administrative team and streamline operations.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing a talented team, and implementing processes that drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment
  • Manage office operations, including procurement, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures to enhance workflow
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal and health regulations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administrative roles with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Expertise in office software
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Budget management and financial reporting experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Certifications:

PMP, CAP, or similar credentials are a plus
