Position Overview
KimberlyRyanLimited is expanding its sales team in Nigeria and is looking for a highly motivated Sales Country Leader to drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent sales and leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years).
  • Strong understanding of the country's market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Nigeria, Africa & international to a total of up to 50%.
