Receive and sort mail and deliveries efficiently, maintaining a well-organized reception area.

Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.

">

Maintain accurate records of all visitors and clients who enter the building, respecting confidentiality and data security protocols.

">

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

">

Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure that the office is well-maintained, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

">

Perform other duties as assigned by management, taking initiative and showing a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements and Skills

">

To excel in this role, you will require:

">

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field

">

• 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills

">

• A professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting positively on the company

">

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing competing priorities and deadlines

">

• Excellent problem-solving skills, thinking critically and creatively to resolve issues

">

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, utilizing technology to streamline tasks and improve productivity

">

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
