">Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of the company.
">Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
">Receive and sort mail and deliveries efficiently, maintaining a well-organized reception area.
">Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
">Maintain accurate records of all visitors and clients who enter the building, respecting confidentiality and data security protocols.
">Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
">Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure that the office is well-maintained, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
">Perform other duties as assigned by management, taking initiative and showing a willingness to learn and grow.
">Requirements and Skills
">To excel in this role, you will require:
">• A bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field
">• 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
">• A professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting positively on the company
">• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing competing priorities and deadlines
">• Excellent problem-solving skills, thinking critically and creatively to resolve issues
">• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, utilizing technology to streamline tasks and improve productivity
">Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
