Job Description:

About the Role
The Head Revenue and Growth will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion of the company's client base. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Creating and managing account plans and business processes for dedicated account management.
- Managing key accounts and developing strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships, strengthening existing relationships and collaborations, and building professional networks.

Main Challenges
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create and manage account plans and business processes for dedicated account management.
- Manage key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships, strengthen existing relationships and collaborations, and build professional networks.

Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
- Track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
- Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively.
- Experience in making decisions based on business metrics.
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
