Job Overview
The Channels Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners within assigned territories. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans with partners, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing training and ongoing support to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets
• Provide regular reports to management on partner sales performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Requirements
A proven track record in channel sales, business development, or a similar role is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are also required. Additionally, the ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans is crucial. Self-motivation and target-driven behavior, along with excellent problem-solving skills, are also highly valued.
