Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Revenue Generation Specialist. As a Revenue Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
