Job Description
The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue by cultivating relationships with potential clients, managing customer accounts, and negotiating trading terms. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Networking and partnering with building construction companies and prospective clients to create sales opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to contribute to team and departmental targets.
  • Preparing proposals and quotations for total bathroom solutions, collaborating with the technical team on installation proposals.
  • Managing customer/client accounts, ensuring knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Ensuring clients receive professional and high-quality service to increase satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
