Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth for DELIGHT CORPORATE REALTY LTD. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate marketers.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to maximize profitability.
Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
