Job Description:
The E-commerce Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of online sales channels. This position requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute commercial campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth
• Ensure timely launch of new products and services, including testing and analysis to ensure customer satisfaction
• Optimize online sales channels, including website, social media, and mobile apps, to improve customer experience and increase conversions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and other relevant tools
