Senior Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join Temprecy Ventures. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead customer relationships and contribute to our company's growth.

About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager at Temprecy Ventures, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Leveraging industry expertise to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria with a minimum of second-class lower or upper credit
Salary Information:
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of ₦1,200,000 - ₦2,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
