About the Role:

As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager at Temprecy Ventures, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Leveraging industry expertise to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • A degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria with a minimum of second-class lower or upper credit

Salary Information:

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of ₦1,200,000 - ₦2,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
