Senior Sales Representative for Fire Safety Solutions

Imagelinks West Africa Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Support Officer to spearhead our sales efforts in the fire safety sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with potential customers to showcase our products and services. If you have a passion for sales and are driven by results, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by utilizing social media platforms to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
- Generate sales revenue from a range of fire safety equipment, including Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression systems, Portable Fire Extinguisher, Mobile Foam Equipment, Fire Rescue Equipment, and Fire Rapid Intervention Vehicles.
- Establish relationships with potential clients and close deals through effective negotiation and presentation skills.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent Imagelinks West Africa Ltd at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.
- Navigate complex sales negotiations while handling client complaints or objections in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the safety/security and engineering equipment sectors.
- Excellent proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong results-driven approach.
- Aptitude for delivering compelling presentations and pitches.
- History of successful sales achievements and a passion for driving business growth.
