Job Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Referral Marketing Salesperson at Tritron. The role entails:

  • Developing and implementing referral marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Identifying and engaging with potential referral partners to expand our network
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to foster long-term collaborations
  • Tracking and analyzing referral performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive referral sales and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful referral marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics to drive business decisions
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques to stay ahead of the competition
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
