Job SummaryThe Learning & Consulting Analyst is responsible for supporting Academy initiatives and Consulting & Advisory engagements through training development, project coordination, data analysis, and client support. The role supports management in strengthening learning effectiveness, expanding Academy market reach, and delivering high-quality consulting services by assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, as well as conducting research and preparing analytical outputs for client engagements.Key AccountabilitiesBusiness Development & Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities for Academy programs and consulting services. Support the development and execution of market penetration strategies across B2B and B2C segments, and assist with client engagement, retention, and follow-up activities to drive revenue growth.Learning & Training Support: Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning materials. Coordinate end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and feedback management. Maintain training databases, update learning platforms, and respond to student and participant inquiries to ensure a seamless learning experience.Project Coordination & Delivery: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Academy and consulting projects. Schedule meetings, document minutes, track action items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Consulting & Advisory Support: Conduct research and data gathering to support consulting and advisory engagements. Assist with client needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and analysis activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials, and contribute insights to enhance the quality and effectiveness of consulting deliverablesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.Experience in learning & development, training coordination, or consulting is an added advantage.Strong training development and facilitation support skills.Data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development capability.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong project coordination and organizational skills.Analytical and problem-solving ability.Commercial awareness with market research and insight development skills.Stakeholder management capability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
