Role Summary
The Associate Consultant will support and drive strategic, analytical, and people-focused initiatives across multiple client engagements. The role requires someone who can blend structured thinking, strong communication, stakeholder facilitation, and high-level analysis.
You must be able to shift seamlessly between strategy design, organizational development, research, performance management, HR support, culture transformation, and production of high-quality reports and presentations.
This is a role for a versatile, intelligent, and ambitious professional looking to grow quickly in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research, Analysis & Insight Development
- Conduct surveys, interviews, shadowing, and document reviews to generate organizational insights.
- Analyze workforce data, culture indicators, performance trends, and operational challenges.
- Develop simple analytical models, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.
HR, Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment: JDs, shortlisting, assessments, and interview logistics.
- Facilitate onboarding, prepare orientation materials, and support employee integration.
- Contribute to HR frameworks, culture initiatives, and engagement programs.
Documentation, Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare polished reports, proposals, briefs, and presentation decks.
- Convert complex information and discussions into clear documents and strategic outputs.
- Support content development for strategy retreats, workshops, and capability sessions.
Strategy, Projects & Client Support
- Assist in designing and implementing strategies across operations, HR, and organizational development.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, retreats, and problem-solving workshops.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work with senior leaders to clarify objectives, priorities, and expectations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, manage action trackers, and ensure execution.
- Support communication flow internally and externally with accuracy and clarity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's is an advantage).
- 7–10 years' experience in business analysis, HR, organizational development, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in research, documentation, presentation, and report writing.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); analytical proficiency is a plus.
