Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ibadan

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

Experience Level: Minimum of 5 Years in Business Development, Operations, or Strategic Management (preferably within a startup or fast-growing organization)

Job Summary:

The Business Manager will oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and business development functions of NonStop Travels LTD. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of closing high-value deals, building sustainable business structures, and steering the company toward market dominance and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and increase market productivity.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.

Lead negotiations and close key deals that drive company profitability.

Design and strengthen the organizational structure to support growth and scalability.

Conduct market research to identify competitive advantages and areas for expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Manage budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking to ensure sustainable operations.

Mentor and motivate team members to achieve performance excellence and a high-performing culture.

Represent the organization in strategic meetings, presentations, and business events.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing or scaling a business (preferably a startup).

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to close deals and develop long-term business relationships.

Exceptional strategic planning, organizational design, and operational management capabilities.

Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and pathways to achieving market dominance.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

A mature, self-driven, and disciplined professional with integrity and business foresight.
