Business Outreach

We are looking for an outreach specialist who can independently identify businesses that may need professional services, initiate meaningful conversations, and generate qualified leads.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, able to cold call effectively, think on their own, and communicate clearly without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling & Conversations
- Make outbound calls to businesses across different industries.
- Hold professional, natural conversations that explore business needs.
- Identify whether a business might require external support (finance, admin, compliance, or general business services).
- Maintain calm and confidence even with skeptical or busy business owners.
2. Lead Discovery & Qualification
- Independently research and identify potential businesses to contact.
- Use initiative to understand common operational and financial challenges businesses face.
- Spot opportunities during conversations without needing a script.
- Record qualified leads accurately.
3. Independent Work & Problem-Solving
- Manage your own time and meet weekly targets.
- Think creatively about where to find leads and how to approach them.
- Adjust your approach based on what works — no micromanagement.
4. Professional Communication
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Follow instructions regarding what information to collect.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who:
Speaks clearly and confidently
Can hold natural, meaningful business conversations
Has experience with cold calling or telesales
Is self-motivated and doesn't need hand-holding
Can think on their feet and adapt to different situations
Understands basic business challenges (advantage)
Is disciplined and consistent with outreach
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to a quiet environment for calls
- Basic internet and phone access
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer engagement is an advantage but not mandatory
Compensation
- Short-term contract (trial period)
- Fixed pay + performance-based bonuses for qualified leads
- Potential extension based on results
