Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive patient engagement and service awareness.
  • Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and interaction management.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials, health awareness campaigns, and digital flyers.
  • Oversee the company's website and ensure content is up-to-date and SEO-optimized.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports on ROI and conversions.
  • Conduct competitor research and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare or the service industry).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
