Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive who will own and scale our entire digital presence. The ideal candidate will develop and implement impactful digital campaigns to drive student engagement, leads, and brand awareness globally.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy for student recruitment

● Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn & TikTok

● Lead the SEO and content team for our website and blog (targeting high-intent keywords for study abroad)

● Plan and execute lead generation and email automation campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

● Supervise the production of engaging content, including videos, reels, and infographics

● Collaborate with counsellors, designers, and content writers to maintain brand consistency

● Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on analytics

● Build and nurture online communities across social media platforms

● Work with website and CRM teams to ensure seamless user journey and lead capture

● Suggest improvements for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Key Requirements

● 3+ years experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education industry)

● Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

● Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead funnels

● Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar

● Excellent communication and team management skills

● Creative thinking and an analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working with international student audiences (Asia/Africa)

● Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., SuiteCRM, Zoho, HubSpot)

● Knowledge of education marketing compliance and regional sensitivities

● Strong understanding of Gen Z behavior and engagement trends
