KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in the diagnostics sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activities.
  • Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Organize and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; prepare regular reports and suggest optimizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the company's digital presence, including social media channels, website updates, and online reputation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with website management systems.
  • Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and innovation-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with marketing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
