Role Overview

Zuwin Estate is seeking a proactive, digitally-savvy intern to help grow our portfolio by identifying and engaging private landlords across the UK. This is a remote role focused on research, outreach, messaging, digital engagement, and pipeline building.

You will play a key role in expanding Zuwin Estate's supply of rental properties by sourcing landlords, booking calls, and supporting the lettings team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Landlord Sourcing

  • Identify private landlords on:
  • SpareRoom
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • OpenRent
  • Gumtree
  • Zoopla (OpenRent/By Owner)
  • LinkedIn
  • Landlord forums & groups
  • Build and maintain a structured database of landlords and property owners.

2. Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Contact landlords using templates via WhatsApp, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and platform messaging.
  • Introduce Zuwin Estate's services professionally and track responses.
  • Conduct light discovery questions (property type, availability, location, rent expectations).
  • Book landlord calls/valuations for the senior lettings manager or founder.

3. CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Keep accurate lead records and status updates on CRM (Notion/HubSpot/Airtable).
  • Ensure follow-ups are sent at structured intervals.
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and conversion metrics.

4. Market & Street-Level Research (Remote)

  • Use Rightmove/Zoopla/ONS data to identify high-yield areas and likely landlord hotspots.
  • Research developments, HMOs, and new-builds that may require lettings services.
  • Create lists of landlords/property owners for targeted marketing.

5. Social & Community Engagement

  • Share helpful landlord-focused posts in groups (compliance tips, rental advice, valuation insights).
  • Support content creation for Zuwin Estate's landlord engagement channels.
  • Assist with WhatsApp broadcast templates and email drafts.

  • Strong written communication (messaging + email outreach)
  • Confident researching and reaching out digitally
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Social media and property platform familiarity
  • Persistence and resilience (lead gen experience is a bonus)
