Job Title: Account Acquisition Agent (Field)

Location: Field-based

Job Summary

The Account Acquisition Agent is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new business/personal accounts within an assigned territory. This role involves direct field sales activities — prospecting, pitching, and closing Accounts with potential clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and skilled at building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new business accounts through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Present and promote company products/services to potential clients in a professional manner.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales acquisition targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and account status using reporting systems.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding and activation of new accounts.

Develop territory plans and strategies to maximize market penetration.

Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service)

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).

0–2years of field sales or account acquisition.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication skill.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.

Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.

Must be proactive, resilient, and self-motivated.

Performance Metrics

Number of new accounts acquired per month/quarter.

Territory coverage.

Sales revenue contribution from newly acquired accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary #80,000

performance-based commissions.
