Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lagos. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, providing support and information, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role also involves processing loan applications, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in providing an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Lagos
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
