Earlybrite focuses on preparing children for future success by offering unique educational experiences.Digital MarketerLocation: Hybrid (Online & Physical)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Mid-level (2+ Years)Salary: ₦150,000/monthAbout the JobWe're looking for a creative, data-driven, and versatile Digital Marketer to join our team If you have a strong track record in digital campaigns, social media strategy, and ad management — and can bring fresh ideas to the table — we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPlan and execute **email marketing campaigns** that drive engagement and conversions.Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and analytics.Develop high-quality content and copy for web, email, and social channels.Write scripts for marketing videos, ads, and campaigns.Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.Conduct website performance reviews and SEO optimization.Analyze marketing metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.Proven results in managing successful ad campaigns and content strategies.Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit).Knowledge of SEO/SEM and website optimization.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.What We OfferCompetitive salary of ₦150,000/month.Hybrid work model – flexible online and physical collaboration.Opportunity to work on impactful, creative projects.Growth and professional development opportunities.
