Our platform simplifies the process of listing and managing rental properties, ensuring seamless transactions between homeowners and guests.Job Summary:We are hiring passionate and field-oriented Sales Representatives to identify and onboard homeowners, agents, and property managers onto the NimbleCasa platform. Candidates will operate within their resident locations, focusing on high-demand and strategic areas for property listings.Key Responsibilities:Identify homeowners, agents, and property managers within assigned locations.Introduce the NimbleCasa platform and onboard interested property owners.Guide clients through the registration and listing process on the app.Ensure all onboarded properties meet NimbleCasa's quality and listing requirements.Maintain regular communication with onboarded clients to encourage activity and referrals.Provide feedback from the field to support platform improvement and market strategy.Requirements:Minimum of OND/NCE; Bachelor's degree preferred.Must reside in the location applied for.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or field operations is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Smartphone and internet access for field operations and onboarding activities.Compensation:Remuneration: N70,000.00 – N100,000.00 monthly.Performance bonuses for top-performing sales reps.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their CV and indicate their current residential location and preferred coverage area to
