The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and brand growth for our portfolio of mobile and web applications. This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience marketing apps, understands influencer partnerships, and can develop strategies that actually work, not just theoretical frameworks. You'll oversee our marketing efforts and help shape how we talk about and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple app products.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Help with product positioning and messaging.
  • Coordinate between development and marketing to align product launches.

Hands-on Execution

  • Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns (YouTube focus, Instagram secondary).
  • Negotiate deals with content creators and manage affiliate partnerships.
  • Oversee App Store Optimization (ASO) for iOS and Android.
  • Guide social media strategy and content direction.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with app marketing background and proven success in driving adoption and retention.
  • Strong track record of planning and executing GTM strategies for digital products.
  • Demonstrated success with influencer marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional storytelling skills: able to translate product features into customer benefit creatively.
  • Strong understanding of ASO principles and app store dynamics
  • Experience managing and mentoring marketing team members
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with health/wellness or productivity app categories
  • Background in affiliate program management
  • Familiarity with creator economy and YouTube sponsorship models
  • Experience with startup environments
  • Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation
