We are seeking an ambitious and versatile Marketing Lead to take ownership of our entire marketing funnel. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will be responsible for defining our market narrative, driving significant customer acquisition, improving retention rates, and directly boosting transaction volume. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional content creation skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of solving fundamental growth and conversion challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Marketing & Strategy (Messaging & Positioning)

Develop Core Messaging: Define and refine the company's value proposition, positioning, and core messaging framework for target audiences and market segments.

Go-to-Market (GTM): Plan and execute launch strategies for new products and features, collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams, with a focus on maximizing initial transaction velocity.

Sales Enablement: Create compelling marketing collateral (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, demos) to support the Sales team.

  1. Content & Communications (Creation & SEO)

Content Strategy: Own the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring alignment with SEO goals, product milestones, and sales needs.

Content Writing: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, email newsletters, and website copy.

Editing & Governance: Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all internal and external communications.

  1. Growth Marketing & Performance (Conversion, Retention & Transactions)

Growth Strategy: Design, implement, and iterate on data-driven acquisition strategies, focusing heavily on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to increase the frequency and volume of transactions.

Retention Programs: Develop and manage lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and communication strategies designed to improve customer retention and increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

A/B Testing: Lead continuous optimization of landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion flows through rigorous experimentation to remove friction from the transaction process.

KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, MQLs, Transaction Volume) using analytics platforms.

Performance Analysis: Conduct deep dives into marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  1. Digital Advertising (Paid Media)

Campaign Management: Plan, implement, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid social platforms.

Budget Management: Manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.

Creative Assets: Coordinate the creation of high-performing ad copy and visual assets.

  1. Social Media & Community Engagement

Social Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to our core audience on platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and others.

Posting & Engagement: Handle daily content posting, community interaction, and prompt responses to drive organic reach and brand loyalty.

Twitter Spaces/Live Events: Organize, promote, and host or participate in Twitter Spaces and other live digital events to build thought leadership and community.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a progressive marketing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.

Proven expertise in both B2B/B2C content creation and performance marketing (paid media).

Mandatory proven success in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), retention marketing, or improving transaction metrics.

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatile content styles.

Deep proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and advanced reporting on funnel metrics.

Demonstrable experience managing digital advertising budgets and running campaigns to achieve measurable CPA/ROAS goals.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience marketing in Fintech/crypto. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Experience in community building or managing live digital event series (like Twitter Spaces).

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page development or testing.
