Now we're looking for a 
Marketing Manager
 who's ready to take charge of everything marketing — from big-picture strategy to hands-on creative execution. If you're someone who can think like a strategist, create like a designer, and measure like an analyst, we'd love to meet you.

 
About the Role

You'll be the heartbeat of Eritel's marketing engine — leading our campaigns, building our brand, and driving growth. This is a role for someone who loves autonomy, thrives in a startup environment, and isn't afraid to experiment, learn, and iterate fast.

 
What You'll Do

  • Own and execute Eritel's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
  • Create and manage campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and happy customers
  • Design and produce marketing content (graphics, ads, videos — you name it)
  • Track and report on campaign performance, budgets, and ROI
  • Build a strong online and offline community around the Eritel brand
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership and sales teams to bring creative ideas to life

 
What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (bonus points if you've worked in 
    telecoms or ISPs
  • Proven record of delivering real business impact through marketing
  • Strong digital marketing chops (social, paid ads, SEO/SEM, email)
  • Hands-on design skills — you're comfortable in 
    Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
    , etc.
  • Great communication and storytelling ability
  • You're data-driven, creative, and unafraid to try new things
