The
Experiential Marketing Lead
is responsible for designing, planning, and executing
creative brand experiences
that drive customer engagement, store traffic, and emotional connection with the Soundhous brand.

This role blends
creative strategy, event execution, storytelling, and partnership management
— ensuring that every Soundhous touchpoint (in-store, online, or on-site) reflects the brand's commitment to innovation, sophistication, and sensory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience Design & Event Activation

  • Conceptualize and deliver
    high-impact brand experiences
    , including in-store events, listening sessions, product launches, and lifestyle collaborations.
  • Translate Soundhous's brand essence into sensory-driven activations — focusing on sound, design, and emotion.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to design experiences that drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Manage event production from ideation to execution — including budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination.

2. Brand Storytelling & Content Integration

  • Develop brand stories and campaigns that highlight Soundhous as a leader in luxury audio experiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and PR teams to capture and amplify activations across digital platforms.
  • Ensure all visual and experiential elements align with brand standards and aesthetics.

3. Customer Engagement & Community Building

  • Create unique experiences that turn customers into brand advocates.
  • Design and implement loyalty experiences or exclusive preview events for VIP clients.
  • Engage influencers, interior designers, and lifestyle partners to expand Soundhous's community reach.

4. Strategy & Performance Measurement

  • Work with management to develop an annual experiential marketing calendar aligned with business goals.
  • Define KPIs for each activation — such as lead generation, foot traffic, media coverage, and post-event conversions.
  • Analyze event impact and customer feedback to continuously improve experience design.

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate closely with B2C and B2B Sales Leads to support product promotions, partnerships, and showroom traffic generation.
  • Coordinate with Spectra AV and the technical team to design demonstrations that showcase Soundhous solutions in real-life settings.
  • Work alongside the Head of Retail Operations to ensure operational readiness for events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years
    of experience in
    experiential marketing, brand activations, or event management
    , preferably in luxury, tech, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to create engaging brand experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for creative storytelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
