Job Title: Head Marketing & Sales, HiiT SIWES+ (HSMHS+)

Reports to: Executive Chairman (EC)

Job Summary:

The purpose of our HSMHS+ position is to provide leadership to the HSIWES+ Team, develop Marketing & Sales Strategies and lead its execution to achieve the company's HSIWES+ Management's goals and objectives.

A. Key Accountabilities:

  1. Achieve Management's HSIWES+ Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our Business Plan.

  2. Develop, propose and implement efficient and measurable Marketing and Sales strategies in accordance with periodic targets and ensure end-to-end execution towards the actualization of S/N 1.

  3. Develop Digital Marketing campaigns (including budget planning, lead generation & content ideation) as well as Traditional Marketing strategies and oversee its execution.

  4. Initiate/Grow HSIWES+ community and Social Media presence on all relevant social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram, etc.

  5. Identify and Build strategic partnerships (Tertiary Institutions, relevant SIWES officials & students) to drive referral and strategic collaborations).

  6. Identify relevant Tech events/activities and encourage Interns participation to boost our visibility.

  7. Produce and engage our target audience with appropriate videos, written or graphic contents via e-newsletters, web pages and blog content, or social media messages.

  8. Coordinate research and monitor all activities in our target market space and submit detailed monthly reports.

B. Key Performance Indicators

  1. Sales Targets Achievement on pro-rata basis (70%).

  2. Result-oriented and satisfactory management of Team Members. (20%)

  3. Other tasks assigned by management. (10%)

C. Skills and Competencies:

  1. Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar business mindset and attention to details.

  2. ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Zoho platform and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).

  3. Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.

  4. Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements in Social Media Marketing in the last 3 years.

  5. Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.

D. Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Education- Minimum of first degree (2/2 minimum) in in any field. MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.

  2. Experience- Minimum 3 years' experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as Team Lead or Manager.

  3. Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).

E. Remuneration- N8,400,000 – N10,000,000 per annum plus Performance commission.

F. Expected Resumption date: Not later than January 2026.
