Job Title: Administrative Accountant – Outdoor Media & Advertising

About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Accountant to support our finance team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will handle routine accounting tasks, manage client invoicing, and provide administrative support to both the sales and operations departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports; reconcile bank statements weekly.

  • Prepare monthly financial schedules and assist with budget tracking for outdoor media campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records in our accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero preferred).

  • Support the finance manager with month‑end close activities and audit preparations.

  • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle client correspondence.

  • Assist in preparing reports for senior management and clients as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 1‑2 years experience in accounting or administrative support, preferably in outdoor advertising, media, or a related industry.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.

  • Familiarity with Lagos market dynamics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
