Job Summary

The Partnership Manager at Tuteria will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing high-impact partnerships that expand Tuteria's reach, revenue, and influence across local and international markets. This role requires strong business development, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to secure strategic collaborations with schools, corporates, NGOs, and government agencies. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and pitching partnership proposals, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring the delivery of mutual value. Beyond acquisition, the role involves monitoring performance, exploring co-branded initiatives, and aligning partnerships with Tuteria's mission. The ideal candidate is strategic, persuasive, and results-driven, with a proven track record in partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with Tuteria's vision.
  • Develop and pitch partnership proposals tailored to different stakeholders (schools, corporates, government, NGOs, etc).
  • Negotiate agreements that deliver mutual value.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure partnership commitments are delivered on both sides.

Strategic Growth & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, brands, product, sales, etc) to integrate partnerships into business activities.
  • Explore opportunities for co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, and joint initiatives.
  • Support expansion into new international markets through strategic alliances.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track partnership outcomes and performance against agreed targets.
  • Prepare partnership reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine partnership strategies to maximise ROI.
