Virginhill Music Distribution, Records and Publishing. (marketed as Virginhill) is an independent music distribution and recording company founded in 2006 with offices in Lagos, Portharcourt, Nigeria and Vienna, Austria. It has released singles and albums in various genres but it is predominantly focused on Afro POP and Afro hip hop music. Many prominent companies and artists have partnerships with Virginhill Empire, with music being distributed across platforms such as iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Deezer, Spotify, SoundCloud, and Radio, along with physical CDs and vinyl being distributed to traditional record stores.

Job DescriptionAn outgoing personality and a pleasant, social demeanor are key for this position. You will serve as an essential representative of the office. As our Receptionist, you will monitor entry security, assist clients, greet visitors and answers phones and emails.
Essential Duties:
- Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Screen and require visitors to "sign-in" and book sessions at the reception desk.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Routes telephone calls and takes messages, as appropriate.
- Assist clients with general office requests and keep the office clean at all times
- Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies and maintain orderly conduct of visitors.
- Maintain session allocation and communicate to clients accordingly.

- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum of O'level Qualification
