Job Title: Administrative Personnel / Front Desk
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Tuesday to Saturday)
Working Terms: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence
- Schedule and confirm appointments, fittings, and client meetings
- Maintain organised records, files, and client databases
- Support daily administrative operations and assist management with routine tasks
- Ensure the reception and showroom areas are always tidy and well-presented
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and manage basic reports, invoices, and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Bsc/ Hnd
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role (fashion or hospitality industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and basic email management
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in or very close to Lekki Phase 1
