Co-Founder / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Hybrid (Lagos preferred)

Compensation: Equity + Deferred Salary (post-funding)

Type: Co-founder / Partnership Role

About the Role

We're looking for an execution-focused Co-Founder/COO to oversee NovaIntellect's daily

operations, product delivery, and internal systems.

You'll ensure our brilliant ideas turn into scalable, well-run businesses.

Key Responsibilities


• Translate business goals into clear operational strategies and processes.


• Manage cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering).


• Build and optimize internal systems for efficiency and accountability.


• Track key KPIs and oversee product delivery timelines.


• Support fundraising and investor documentation with operational metrics.


• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and culture development.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or

Computer Science.


• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or certifications (PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma) are an

advantage.


• 4–8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business process

optimization.


• Proven record of managing teams, budgets, and product execution in startups or

SMEs.


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
