WE'VE SUCCESSFULLY WORKED WITH OVER 10 CLIENTS UNDER AKEPT CONSULT AND COMPLETED 5–10 SOFTWARE PROJECTS UNDER AKEPT TECH. OUR FOCUS NOW IS ON BUILDING A STRONGER LEADERSHIP BASE TO TAKE AKEPT TO ITS NEXT GROWTH PHASE.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE AND COMMITTED CO-FOUNDER TO JOIN AKEPT. THIS PERSON WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE FOUNDER TO LEAD OPERATIONS, SHAPE STRATEGIES, AND DRIVE THE COMPANY'S LONG-TERM GOALS. YOU'LL BE PART OF MAJOR DECISIONS ON PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS GROWTH, AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CO-MANAGE THE OPERATIONS AND DIRECTION OF AKEPT ALONGSIDE THE FOUNDER

HELP DEVELOP AND EXECUTE BUSINESS AND MARKETING STRATEGIES

OVERSEE OR CONTRIBUTE TO TECH PROJECTS, PRODUCT PLANNING, OR BUSINESS CONSULTATIONS

BUILD PARTNERSHIPS AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLABORATORS

ENSURE AKEPT'S VISION CONTINUES RUNNING ACTIVELY, EVEN WHEN ONE FOUNDER IS UNAVAILABLE
