Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Lagos. The Sales Executive will actively engage in generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales within the real estate sector. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and maintaining a detailed customer database. The role also involves addressing client needs, presenting property portfolios, facilitating negotiations, and achieving set sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with proven capabilities in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and the ability to develop strategic sales plans
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
