Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support our CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, communicates well, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with leadership, coordinate internal activities, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism within the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO
• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, communications, and workflow
• Prepare reports, briefs, documentation, and follow-up actions for the CEO
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment in all engagements
• Liaise with clients, partners, and external stakeholders professionally
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and operational activities
• Act as the CEO's representative in resolving day-to-day issues
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
• Discretion, professionalism, and high integrity
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, office software and tools.
• Previous experience supporting senior leadership is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Lekki
•
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
