Executive Assistant to the Creative Director (with Social Media Responsibilities)

Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations, creative projects, and overall vision of the brand. This position combines high-level executive support with creative contributions to brand visibility through social media and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the Creative Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and client communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing fittings, photoshoots, client consultations, and production timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Creative & Social Media Support

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan, create, and schedule social media content aligned with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling.
  • Capture and curate behind-the-scenes content from the atelier, fittings, and events.
  • Assist in writing captions, managing comments, and engaging with the brand's online community.
  • Monitor social media performance and suggest creative improvements.

Operational & Brand Support

  • Liaise with clients, stylists, and vendors on behalf of the Creative Director.
  • Support event planning, red carpet placements, and brand collaborations.
  • Help manage digital assets, lookbooks, and campaign archives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing ability.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, fashion, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is a plus.
